I wanted to reach out and let you know about several blessings I've experienced since listening to the My Perfect Weight Now recordings.
First of all, I love the different recording options, so flexible from a short session to an hour session. I love listening to them, it's not a chore at all and I look forward to it!
The most important and exciting thing happening is that I am experiencing this internal energy that I can't explain. I'm working out mid day, which is unheard of! A few days ago after a workout, I headed toward the exit, but I stopped and told myself I should do another workout! I was standing there having an internal conflict. Part of me wanted to stay and the other part was like ... "what the heck is wrong with you Angel"? LOL Well, I left the gym and resisted the desire to stay, but guess what happened the following day after I finished my workout? You guessed it, I did a second workout! 🙂 Crazy!
Also, my sugar cravings have drastically decreased and I have no desire for alcohol. I'm doing many things that are just making me feel good.
