Have you heard about Human Design?
A number of people have recently mentioned Human Design to me, with one new friend actually asking for my birthdate and kindly sending me through a basic reading (which I’ll share with you in a sec’)
From what I’ve learnt so far …
Human Design is…
– A map of your own nature and provides you with simple tools for making correct decisions, being yourself and eliminating resistance in your life.
– In Human Design approach each human has 9 centers total, based on the 7 chakras — plus two extras (which were developed in 1781).
– The human design bodygraph is a map. It shows an imprint from the 12 planets at two points in time. One at 88 degrees of the Sun before we are born, and the other at the instant of our actual, physical birth.
– There are 9 energy centers in Human design. Together, they make up the body graph. Just as an astrological chart is called a natal chart, a Human Design chart is called a body graph.
A brief description of each centre and what it is thought to control
The corresponding healing frequency represents the energy centre it is also associated with.
The Head/Crown Centre is the hub for inspiration and ideas. It is associated with the pineal Gland and 963Hz.
The Ajna Centre is the hub for thinking and conceptualising. It is associated with the pituitary gland, neo cortex, visual cortex and 852Hz.
The Throat Centre is the hub for communication and manifestation and associated with the thyroid, parathyroid, metabolism and 741Hz.
The G Centre is the hub for identity, love and direction. It is associated with the liver and blood and 639Hz.
The Will (Heart/Ego) Centre is the hub for willpower, self worth/esteem and the material world and is associated with thymus, stomach, gall Bladder and 528Hz.
The Emotional Solar Plexus Centre is the hub for emotions and feelings and is associated with the kidney, bladder, pancreas, lungs, prostate, nervous system and 417Hz.
The Spleen Centre is the hub for survival, intuition, timing, living in the now and immunity. It is associated with the lymphatic system and 396Hz.
The Sacral Centre is the hub for vital energy, responding energy and sexual energy. It is associated with the ovaries/testes and 285Hz.
The Root Centre is the hub for stress and adrenalised energy (and the adrenals and is associated with 174Hz.
While these associates can prove very beneficial for all practitioners seeking wholistic health it should be noted that these associated frequencies are a simple layering of the 9 solfeggio frequencies ‘up’ (or ‘down’) over the 9 identified Human Design centres.
Traditionally 417Hz is associated with the Sacral Chakra and 396Hz (and below—285hz, 174Hz) with the Root Chakra.
But as Human Design itself is a relatively new modality, having only been created and developed by Ra Uru Hu (AKA Alan Robert Krakower, a Canadian man living in Ibiza at the time), in the 80s (following a 1987 vision and a visitation from a Voice, explaining the concept of Human Design) these frequencies are offered for discussion and experiment only.
Do the associations resonate with you?
That is the question.
And really the only question you need to keep in mind when opening to working with healing frequencies for your own well being…
Does this resonate with me?
A good question to remember and ask yourself often, I reckon.
PS. It turns out that in Humans Design terms I am a Manifestor
And apparently Manifestors* are very creative.
And because Manifestors are constantly thinking of the next best thing, they’re extremely imaginative and curious, and they thrive when they’re able to unapologetically be themselves. They may be drawn to the arts and feel most at home when others understand and support their creative vision.
Manifestors are the initiators of the world and get new things started. They are naturally innovative and future-oriented and can start big movements. Manifestors thrive with freedom and autonomy. One of the worst things for Manifestors is to be in an overly controlled, micro-managed environment.
Guess that explains why I LOVE creating healing frequency meditations and maybe how I got to invent B.A.M.s (binaural affirmation meditations) in the first place!
* The four types are: Manifestors, Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. The hybrid Manifesting Generator is sometimes designated a fifth energy type. Each type has its corresponding “strategy,” a mode of behaviour that is natural to that type.
