Digging Deep on Your Beliefs

As you may know, most of your life is controlled by your subconscious mind. This is why my work focusses on identifying disempowering subconscious beliefs, thoughts and ideas—which manifest as actions in your life—and then replacing those with empowering beliefs, thoughts and ideas.

This questionnaire will help you determine which specific limiting beliefs are holding you back from living your best life in these 4 main categories:

1) Wealth
2) Health
3) Relationships
4) Inner self-talk

Your Disempowering Beliefs Are The Key To Your Success

After answering the question to identify the disempowering belief you will be asked to identify where that disempowering belief may have come from.

Does it sound like something your mother or father said, sometimes in those exact words or something you had to believe, so you fit into the family better?

This is a very powerful exercise and the beginning of you transforming your life in truly magnificent ways.
